Era Living is seeking a full-time Community Relations Associate to become the newest member of our Community Relations team at The Gardens at Town Square, a beautiful retirement community in Bellevue, WA. The Community Relations team is responsible for working with potential residents and their families who are looking for a retirement community. Together, they market the community through events and community outreach, use a consultative sales process, provide strong customer service, and help facilitate smooth transitions into our community. Join us in our mission to respect and honor older adults by enhancing the quality of their lives. We do this by providing a holistic approach to senior living, filled with passion, energy and happiness! Available shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 05:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Community Relations Associate plays a vital role in assisting the Community Relations Director, Community Relations Representative, and department in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service to potential residents and their families. This position is responsible for clerical and administrative tasks and event planning including coordination and delivery. The Community Relations Associate also participates in resident move-ins, coordinating the admission process for all residents to ensure smooth operations within the sales department. This position is 80% administrative duties and 20% sales.
