Job Title: Registered Nurse - Freestanding Emergency Room

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate $5/hour bonus during patient observation periods

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our state-of-the-art Freestanding Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional concierge care, focusing on patient and family education about health, prevention, and healthy habits. This role requires a combination of professionalism, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient conditions, assess needs, and provide top-quality care and advice.
• Observe, interpret, and report patient symptoms to physicians.
• Collaborate with medical team to create individualized care plans.
• Conduct routine procedures (e.g., blood pressure measurement, administering injections) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure facility hygiene and safety, including equipment decontamination and surface sanitization.
• Deliver immediate medical care in emergency situations.
• Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures.
• Cultivate a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and their families.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing care methods, procedures, and emergency care.
• In-depth understanding of health and safety guidelines, with a commitment to adhering to these standards.
• Team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Responsible, compassionate, and patient-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or relevant diploma.
• Valid nursing license.

• Dallas, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
