Read below for information on this opportunity and apply today!Job DescriptionIn this Talent Engagement role, you will be an integral part of the Operational team, responsible for greeting clients and managing the reception area, client outreach, and appointment schedulingIn this role, it is integral that you manage client information in the database and see each client through to completionYou will support management by gathering needed data and generating reportsIn this role, you will also assist with new participant orientations and assembling all necessary informational materials or packetsIn this role you will:• Respond to business phones including directing callers to appropriate staff, responding to voicemail messages within 24 hours of receipt, scheduling client appointments and reaching out to clients who fail to report for appointments• Seek out process improvements to improve the company• Manage and direct office communicationsQualificationsRelated Associate degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experienceRelated work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated customer service skillsFamiliarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resourcesOne to three years’ experience in workforce development or related programs preferredAdditional InformationEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
