Job DescriptionThis position is a workforce industry generalist with a wide range of experience and knowledge across programs and jurisdictions.The Field Support Manager works collaboratively across multiple teams and departments to understand the business/project need, convey solutions, and champion and support embedding the Equus culture, practices, tools and resources. As a member of the service delivery team, support requests for technical assistance, virtual and on-site transition support, and activities requiring specific expertise or simply an all-hands-on-deck approach.
