As an Investment Operations Specialist in the U.S. team, you'll oversee investment transactions, collaborate with sales, fund administration, and compliance teams, and improve processes with the product and R&D teams. Responsibilities include deal approvals, cash management, bookkeeping, and enhancing transaction efficiency, offering growth opportunities in expanding investment services for startup employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare private placement deals for broker/dealer approval and publication on investor platforms.
• Conduct due diligence, including credit and background checks.
• Assist with regulatory filings and client inquiries.
• Manage, process, and reconcile financial transactions like wires and internal transfers.
• Update and improve standard operating procedures.
• Analyze data for reporting and collaborate with departments like compliance, legal, finance, and sales.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries related to broker-dealer activities.
• Support daily treasury operations.
• Engage with customers for transaction facilitation and inquiries.
