**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant/Jr. Escrow Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills and at least 3 years escrow experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and grow within the real estate industry. Use of Impact, escrow system is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

- Open Escrow and work directly with Buyers and Sellers

- Maintain accurate and organized escrow files

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the escrow process

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of basic math and 10 key typing

- Proficiency in escrow procedures, 3 years prior experience

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
