We are seeking a highly motivated and organized ICU Nurse to join our client's dynamic healthcare team in Elmhurst, IL. This position involves the care of a diverse patient population in a combination unit that includes both ICU and Stepdown patients. The nurse-to-patient ratio will vary depending on the status of the patients. The unit serves patients with a wide range of conditions, including trauma, cardiac, neurological, and more.

Shift Times and Length: 12hr Night Shift (7p-7a)
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
On-call Requirement: Floating and on-call as census driven
Holiday Requirement: Holiday tracks
New Grad: No, must have experience
License: Will consider candidates without an IL license
Compensation:
Base Hourly Pay/Salary Range: $34.68 - $44.22 - $53.75
Evening Shift Differential: $3
NOC Shift Differential: $4.50
Weekend Shift Differential: $1.90
On-call Compensation: $2.75
