As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will be tasked with providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis across multiple functions. You will play a vital role within our team, managing your own responsibilities while also contributing to broader departmental initiatives and demonstrating leadership qualities.

WHTAT WILL YOU DO?

• Manages relationships to understand business problems and analytical needs
• Supports Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in identifying and executing on analysis opportunities
• Participates in planning and budgeting activities in partnership with Corporate Finance
• Manages cash flow, cost identification and allocation, and risk management
• Collaborates in data and analytics innovation
• Partners with Enterprise Analytics to assist Property team in action planning on insights, tracking of progress and achievementof goals
• Reviews findings and make recommendations to senior team members
• Proactively learns the business across functional areas
• Leads the professional development of direct reports
• Manages Human Resources responsibilities for the specifically assigned areas; create and maintain a work environment thatpromotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employeesatisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversitycommitment

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years of relevant experience

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related computer programs
• Experience in working with all levels of management, including executives and consulting with key business stakeholders.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
• Deep subject matter expertise in hospitality finance
• Experience managing the connection between Finance, Property, and Corporate groups
• Experience in hospitality operations
