Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Surgical C-Arm Sales Specialist to join us in transforming healthcare and making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Job Summary

As a Surgical C-Arm Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market share nationwide and driving the sales of our surgical C-arm product lines. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a passion for healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical device sales, an understanding of radiology and imaging technology, surgical environments and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for surgical C-arms.

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including hospitals, surgical centers, and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in medical imaging technology.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback are addressed.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and brand.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. A degree in a healthcare, scientific, or marketing discipline is a plus.

• 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology.

• Strong understanding of surgical procedures, radiology, and medical imaging technologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales goals.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Oracle Netsuite a plus.
