Equipment Supply Company is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Green Ridge, MO

Bookkeeping Manager / Controller / Inventory management / Web-site updates

Hours of Position:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5pm

**Job is located in Green Ridge, MO 65332**

We are switching from Quickbooks to Acumatica. We are looking for someone that has Bookkeeping experience that undestands basic AP / AR / Invoicing / PO fundamentals. The benefits of Acumatica will be appreciated by anyone that is familiar with QB. If you are Very good with Detail and understand the importance of the Bookkeeping function, you are asked to apply.

  • Must have experience with AP / AR / PO's.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Products a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Drive a plus
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized
  • Must be able to work hours required
  • We are looking for someone with attension to detail, process, and urgency.

The company has been in business for over ten years. We are looking for someone that is energetic about helping grow the business. This is a management position that requires you to be assertive over ALL aspects that affect the company financially. The current pace of our business does not allow for us to Train a Bookkeeper. We are looking for someone that is experienced.

Must:

  • Submit accurate monthly P&L - We Break our Sales down into three categories.

The ideal candidate will be able to expand our P&L.

  • File Sales Tax : Online
  • Reconcile ALL bank accounts monthly ( Bank & Credit cards)
  • Vendor invoicing (Enter ALL invoices)
  • Make sure vendors are paid on time
  • Review ALL customer invoicing (Invoicing is done same day)
  • Make sure ALL invoices are accurate (PO, Invoice, & Confirmations)
  • Maintain profit on ALL transactions.
  • Review inventory ordering monthly
  • Review inventory weekly for accuracy (Certain items)
  • We use some inventory Internally, this must be tracked.
  • Maintain inventory tracking of ALL trailers with VIN #’s
  • Trailer Sale Invoicing (Trailer Invoice Accurate = Profit)
  • Trailer invoice paid in full prior to departure
  • Maintain and track build process

Maintain and follow up with office personnel tasks for timelines to be met

Parts Department
Chemical Sales Department
Marketing Department

*As a manager you will have other duties to maintain the operation of the business*
