Plant Manager with Potential For Growth
For ERIE, PA, Plant Operations
Overall Responsibilities:
This is an exciting, dynamic leadership and tremendous personal growth opportunity to drive successful business growth through innovative management of Plant Operations.
The specific responsibilities of the role include consistently delivering high-quality, efficient manufacturing operations, leadership and management of staff, and supporting corporate growth objectives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Assume complete responsibility for manufacturing operations and performance metrics –quality, cost, and timely delivery of products
· Establish and deliver on cost savings targets and product improvement initiatives
· Implement efficient manufacturing workflow processes
· Monitor and control staffing costs as an integral part of operational and staff planning.
· Promote a “total customer satisfaction” culture within the organization.
· Work closely with the management team to manage the entire operations and deliver expected financial performance
· Hold quarterly planning meetings with staff.
· Use total corporate buying strength to find the best and most cost-effective suppliers.
· Take full advantage of other sister companies and corporate synergies to reduce product costs
· Hire, train, and retain the strategic talent required for effective execution
· Develop a supportive and collaborative working climate that results in a highly engaged workforce

Qualification:
· 7-10 Years of solid manufacturing experience in fabrication and assembly
· Degree in Production or Industrial Engineering
· Experience with six sigma and lean manufacturing techniques

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
