POSITION SUMMARY
The Commission Specialist is a second level support role within the commission department. In addition to performing the duties of the commission clerk, the position also performs higher level analysis and reporting functions as follows: provide monthly unpaid reports to controllers; provide invoice aftermarket report and CTM report to support staff; perform secondary hierarchy updates within Iconixx software; updates target accounts on continual basis; monitors aftermarket and invoice upload times as well as credit inquiry response times; and provides training to and assists commission clerk with general issues.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business related preferred
Experience: 2 years of experience in a commission data entry role preferred
Computer Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel ability and experience with ERP systems and commission software
