Equip Fulfillment supports the final mile home delivery industry, providing a custom web portal solution with truck supplies, apparel, tools, and more. We are a small, growing organization and are excited for the next member to join our team.

Customer Account Coordinator Overview

Equip has a small and intimate customer base. As Customer Account Coordinator, you will be the face to our customers, understanding their needs and providing solution-based options. Established processes and procedures for continued relationship building will guide the role.

Pay and Schedule

20 hours per week. $22 per hour

Responsibilities

(include, but are not limited to)

  • Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account information promptly and accurately.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or escalations promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and customer support.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including sales, shipping, and finance, to address customer needs and facilitate problem resolution.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify product, service, or process improvement areas and relay this information to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience in an operations, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
  • Attention to detail while being able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in learning new systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work and focus in an open office environment

Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.

  • Sitting at a computer for an excess of 8 hrs. a day
  • Walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting several times a day
  • Walking to meetings or interacting with colleagues
  • Dexterity with computers, including the ability to type and use a mouse
