Equilibrium Homes of St. Louis is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near St. Louis, MO

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a student who can be provisionally licensed to join our team, a residential program that works with individuals with developmental disabilities in St. Louis, Missouri. BCBAs will work with children (Age 12 ) and young adults up to age 30. All individuals being served live in a therapeutic residential setting with full-time support staff and have challenging behaviors.

This position will be joining a team of experienced Behavior Analysts who work full-time within the Behavior Department of our Residential Program. This position is not remote and requires residing in the Greater St. Louis area.

This position offers a 100% flexible schedule. BCBAs are not required to be in office / on-site during specific times of the day, but must meet weekly billing requirements. The facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to allow BCBAs to access their clients. All clients are internal to our agency and guaranteed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and write Behavior Support Plans for young adults with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors
  • Bill a set number of hours per week of a combination of direct ABA therapy with developmentally disabled young adults and training of the client's Support Staff
  • BCBAs can earn weekly bonuses for billing above the set hours per week
  • BCBAs maintain a small caseload of only 5-10 individuals
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Provisionally Licensed Applicants, students who are still in school for Applied Behavior Analysis are accepted
  • Current BCBA certificate in good standing and licensed to provided ABA services.

Compensation

Pay is salaried, guaranteed pay each week:

  • $70,000 - $85,000 per year is being offered for competitive candidates, based on experience
  • Hourly bonuses are available for ALL BCBAs for exceeding the weekly billable hours requirement!
  • Candidates must be fully licensed to qualify for $75K annual pay scale
  • Provisionally licensed BCBAs may apply and if hired, will be brought in at a lower range that is open to negotiation.
