We offer graduates a one-year graduate rotational program based in our New York Office starting 8th July 2024.
You will have the opportunity of 3 rotations (3 different teams) during your year with us. However, if we find that during this graduate program that you are excelling in a particular team, you may then spend two (or more!) rotations honing your skills in that area. This is designed to ensure that your time with us is focused on the development of your most promising skills.

Role Requirements
We are seeking students expecting to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale at the time of graduation
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows, Solaris, Linux)
• Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
• You have technical aptitude and are passionate about how technology can have impact in a business
• You are self-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving

We'd also like to see;

• Engaging communication and interpersonal skills – we value great teamwork and collaboration
• A genuine interest for building a career in financial technology (FinTech)
• Solid technical and problem-solving skills; you'll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail
• A passion for continued learning – this is crucial in an industry driven by tech evolution

In compliance with New York City's Salary Disclosure Law, the hourly pay for this position is $39.90/hr (estimated $83,000 per annum). Please note, this is a non-exempt role and is overtime eligible and the salary information listed here is a general guideline only.
