Equally Crafted Management is Hiring a Resident Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

Position Description:

The Resident Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team, Direct support to the Operating Principal and Chief Operating Officer, and independently handle all assigned duties and administrative tasks. These duties will include; hosting events at a newly acquired site in Midtown Dallas. They will be responsible for compiling reports, event tracking, inventory, customer service, relationship building, and email communication. The Resident Service Coordinator will also support minor property management company requests such as assisting with resident issues, or additional hands when needed. This individual must be energetic self-starter who is well-organized and detail oriented. S/he must also be an independent thinker with the ability to work with minimal supervision while exercising good judgement. This position requires excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, interpersonal skills as well as the ability to successfully interface with management, staff, clients, vendors, partners and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

The Resident Service Coordinator will successfully prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines, manage monthly calendars and provide excellent follow-through and customer service. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement supportive service programming in collaboration with residents, property management and local community service providers.
  • Provide ongoing outreach services to identify individuals who would benefit from services, recruit volunteers, and identify programming.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinate the delivery of services between service providers while representing ECM.
  • Maintain necessary information regarding services to residents.
  • Support resident efforts in community building initiatives.
  • Identify strengths and deficits in programming within the community
  • Maintain inventory of supplies as it pertains to resident services/ events
  • Perform general administrative tasks including, scanning, coping, and printing
  • Supporting the Operating Principal and vendors in the execution of special events for the company;
  • Special projects and assignments as needed
  • Provide General support to visitors
  • Resolve issues with the building and facilities such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs, open communication with site management and ECM management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Interest or experience in a field related to customer service, social work or property management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
