In this role, you'll be a key partner in assisting our residents and their families as they transition into the next chapter of their lives.

- Assembles and disbands chairs, tables, microphones, etc. for meetings and/or special events as directed or as outlined in written order for room set-up
- Moves residents' furniture and performs deep cleanings
- Lifts 50 or more pounds of trash/refuse consistently for 4 or more hours per day
- Auto scrubbing of floors
- Acts upon work orders as assigned
- Climbing ladders
- Cleans offices, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways
- Cleans resident apartments as scheduled
- Washes walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Perform cleaning and sanitizing procedures to resident rooms after resident is discharged and in preparation for next occupant
- Performs cleaning and sanitizing procedures in accordance with infection control policies and procedures
- Uses effective universal precautions and sanitation practices
- Completes any report or log as requested
- Attends related in-service trainings and staff meetings as requested
- Immediately reports malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Some related experience preferred
- Fluent English speaking/writing communication skills
- Must be able to maintain general sanitary/safety practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
