Epworth Children's Home is Hiring a Data Coordinator Near Greenville, SC

For more than 126 years, Epworth Children's Home has grown and adapted to the individual needs of children and families by providing a safe and nurturing environment, evidence-based practices, and programs across the continuum of care and across the state of South Carolina.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the State Director of HOMEBUILDERS® the incumbent will perform a variety of general office clerical and administrative tasks related duties in support of the HOMEBUILDERS® teams.

  • Understands and follows personnel policies and practices as outlined in the "Staff Manual".
  • Assists the State Director and HOMEBUILDERS® team with any needed administrative duties.
  • Maintains and develops a clinical filing system.
  • Facilitates the coordination of data and produces reports.
  • Corresponds with HOMEBUILDERS® Directors, HOMEBUILDERS® Specialists and referral partners to receive appropriate intake paperwork.

This position will be located in the Upstate (Greenville) area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Two years administrative experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Computer experience and/or training in Microsoft and Excel.

Exhibits strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).

Has a belief system and engages in faith practices that are compatible with those of the United Methodist Church.

Must be able to pass standard background checks, including: drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry and Sex Offenders Registry.
