Schedule
6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday
- Performs hands-on tasks, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing of manufactured parts. Adheres to established quality systems and procedures to ensure an effective manufacturing flow, with accuracy, and fulfillment of all customer requirements.
- Adhere to the Quality Management System and documented processes
- Notify the Lead of potential deviations from documented processes or standards
- Comply with quality reporting systems
- Follow Work Instructions and Inspection Procedures for shop travelers
- Suggest improvements for inspection work processes and methods
- Follow SOP’s, Work Instructions, and processes to ensure customer requirements are met
- As required, inspect and hand deburr parts using magnification/microscope
- Perform secondary operations, including laser marking, assembly, mass finishing, final cleaning, and chemical finishing
- Work in teams and independently
- Adhere to Company policies as defined in the Employee Handbook Other duties as assigned
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- EXPERIENCE : Technical training in the utilization of inspections methods and equipment, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Experience in Quality Systems in an ISO regulated manufacturing environment (custom medical device contract manufacturing preferred) is helpful.
