Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator/Machine Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as reach trucks, to load and unload materials in our distribution center. As a machine Operator, you will be responsible for prepare material needed for order, ensure fulfillment of one/two areas such as review order and list of materials and utilize RF scanner to locate and pick up materials. Review orders and weigh material based on order needs. Your mechanical knowledge and ability to perform heavy lifting will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport materials
- Safely stack and organize products in designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment
- Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking incoming and outgoing shipments

- Order Fulfillment/start up machinery, review production, schedule, load bags into machine and work with batcher to determine when to run the machine
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as a sitdown Forklift Operator
- Proficiency in operating reach trucks and other heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of distribution center operations
- Mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on forklifts
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
