Printing Screen Company

Full time (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Must be able to read & write in English

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Strong project organization skills

Have an eye for “detail”

Have a great attitude & great communication skills

Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and switch gears as demands require

Read Work Orders to establish design requirements

Create design mock-ups for and embroidery

Send mock-ups to client for design approval

Respond to emailed change request via email.

Send approved mockups to production department.

Create and output color separations to a Direct-To-Screen imaging system is a plus.

Define mesh counts and print order to achieve the desired print result is a plus.

Responsible for approving sample prints prior to the production run

Skills Required:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Some knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Art creation is not required. Small modifications to art is the most common request.

Ability to separate multi-colored artwork files through spot color separation

Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

This position requires producing anywhere between 10 to 30 mock-ups a day

We mostly work with client provided art which may need to be converted to vector art or cleaned up

Experience with Shopworks Onsite is a plus

In-depth knowledge of screen printing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
