Epperson Law Group is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Boone, NC

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of family law matters, providing valuable support to our clients and contributing to the success of our firm. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research

- Assist with legal administrative tasks, including document management and organization

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

- Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes

- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings

- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases

Experience:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the North Carolina state bar association

- Strong research skills with experience using legal research databases

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice

- Experience in legal drafting, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Litigation experience is preferred but not required
