Your challenges Execute all data entry into material resource planning and order entry databases. Activities include entry of all change order related data, part and product release data and synchronization of data between material resource planning and order entry systems. Data verification and ensuring completion of documentation necessary to support change notices per Eppendorf documentation standards. Responsible for updating any key non-CAD related documentation to support part creation, and change or removal from MRP databases. Provides support to inter-departmental team(s) and Organizational teams ensuring clear concise documentation is created and maintained to support project development, production and customer service requirements for all Eppendorf product offerings. Creates and implements master item data and bills of material in the Eppendorf ERP system using an internal change management process. Creates and manages simple change orders where, unless otherwise specified, technical changes are not involved. Responsible for master item maintenance of part numbers being entered into ERP system and the links to supporting documents Coordinates the various change order related meetings Facilitates the various change order related meetings Responsible for identifying all work that is needed to complete change orders Accuracy and timeliness are essential. Experience with data entry into MRP systems, understand database structures and data management. Be able to quickly and accurately enter requisite data fields within material resource planning and order entry database environment. Possess a thorough understanding of MRP, BOM and order entry structures. Work effectively in a change-oriented environment, under very tight timeframes. Your expertise Minimum High School diploma and 3 years clerical technical field experience in Information Services; or Associate degree in Business Administration Excellent verbal and written communication ability Good interpersonal skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
