JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for the mixing of raw materials per batch requirements including preparation/weighing of epoxy, urethane, and silicone materials and chemical fillers based on pre-defined formulations. This role is also responsible for the packaging of these materials into various containers including drums, cans, bottles, cartridges, and tubes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recording raw material usages based on weight and lot number
• Staging and sequencing of ingredients for use in the mixing equipment
• Using specified mixers to mix materials together.
• Packaging finished product into specified containers including drums, cans, bottles, tubes, etc.
• Boxing and palletizing finished orders for shipments.
• Cleaning mixers, mixing vessels, spatulas, scoopers, etc used in the manufacturing process.
• Cleaning the manufacturing area of powders & liquids. Cleaning equipment and floors.
• Organize and return materials
• Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Forklift operation highly preferred but not an immediate requirement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three years of industrial manufacturing experience preferred
