Responsibilities :

• Direct and lead teams in the day-to-day operations of the department workload.
• Ensure availability of parts, components, and materials use MFGpro to confirm allocations, locations, and part disposition).
• Report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to the immediate Supervisor.
• Follow up on receiving / stocking discrepancies.
• Make necessary corrections / modifications according to work order / customer request.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in specific areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with outside transportation companies and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area and ensure team members follow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines.
• Train new team members on required warehouse procedures.
• Complete appropriate paperwork for rejected parts and return leftover parts to the Warehouse.

Requirements :

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of MFG Pro is preferred.
• Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.
• Possess leadership skills to effectively lead a warehouse team.
• Ability to follow through on work orders using fundamental knowledge of assembly techniques and applications.
• Overall knowledge of the product line.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting principles.
