Duties:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals with mental health or substance abuse issues and familiarity of NYC public school system preferred
- Strong crisis management skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations
- Familiarity with addiction counseling and behavioral health interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with other professionals
- Strong organizational skills for managing caseloads and maintaining accurate documentation
