Summary:

A Continuous Improvement Associate will analyze current practices and develop business
process improvements as well as implement changes in workflows, structures and teams to ensure
continuous company performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (others may be assigned)

• Analyzing company processes and procedures

• Developing process enhancement strategies.

• Conducting Time Studies

• Implementing 5S and Lean business initiatives

• Improving Process Flow

• Capacity analysis

• Keeping productivity and quality reports up to date

• Working closely with the production manager and team leaders to initiate and see through

• Investigating short falls, issues and root causes in current business processes

• Establishing benchmarks of company performance.

• Monitoring staff performance and organization processes.

• Collaborating with others to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction

• Communicating ideas and opinions to other members in management

• Training, mentoring and guiding team members in new processes and continuous

• Staying up-to-date with developments in management and optimization
