Location: San Ramon, CA
First 2 weeks onsite and then transition to Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days in a month onsite or as needed)

Salary Range: $80,000 $110,000 annually plus benefits.

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our team. The Data Quality Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, visualizing, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across various systems within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel, and experience in data manipulation and modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present findings and insights.
• Conduct data quality assessments and audits to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and visualizations for data quality monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to the development of data quality frameworks and guidelines.
• Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and improve data accuracy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to data quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts, data profiling, and data cleansing techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, data analysis tools, and data quality software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is a plus.
