WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Running diagnostic tests on tractor-trailers.
• Manage a team at the Tallahassee location
• Analyzing diagnostic test results and assist technicians
• Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.
• Checking vehicle lighting and electrical systems.
• Test driving vehicles to gauge performance.
• Performing preventative maintenance on service trucks.
• Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles.
• Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist.
• Maintaining a parts inventory.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the shop.

*Schedule: M-F 8-5pm with minimum of 1 Saturday per month depending on workload*

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• 5 - 10 years of verified experience of Diesel Tractor-Trailer repair experience
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 100 pounds
• Basic Computer Skills to submit repairs for billing
• Follow oral and written instructions to complete daily tasks
• Basic reading and writing skills to complete customer repair orders

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

• Experience with welding
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Class A CDL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
