Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Therapy Dept
Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Weekend/Holiday: PT's rotate one Saturday every 6-8 weeks. (the Sat. they work would be given a day off during the week) Saturday only. No holiday.
Requirements:
- WI license
- 1 Year Experience
- Home Health experience, training working with the adult/geriatric population with a variety of orthopedic, neurological and functional mobility diagnosis
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy standards and practices acquired through a minimum of a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- AHA BLS

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50 miles from permanent address).Estimated Weekly Rate: $2671 per week
