Requirements:

• KY RN License 
• 2 years recent experience
• BLS
• NIH
• Cardiac gtts 
• Telemetry
• ACLS, BiPAP preferred

• EMR – Cerner
• All candidates to have the FLU vaccine no exceptions
• Must be 50 miles from facility to be considered
