Epic Travel Staffing is Hiring a Travel Nurse (RN) OR (Operating Room) Near Medford, OR
Shift: Days, 6a-4p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Is on-call - approx 1-2 weeknights per week and approx 1 weekend per 6 weeks
Requirements:
- OR license
- 2 years experience
- Special Requirements: 2-3 years in periop. Experience required in the following specialities: ortho (trauma, joints, spine), vascular, general, neuro spine, uro, uro-gyn, gyn
- Robotics experience required
- BLS
- First-timers accepted
- No Float
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
- Charting Epic
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
- Locals accepted: No, Traveler's permanent address cannot be local within 50 miles of the facility
