Shift: Rotating Days / Weekdays 7a-5:30p/8a-6:30p, Weekends 6:30a-4:30p (10x4) 40 hours per week, EOW
Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• VA License
• 1 year of experience
• Licensure as a pharmacist and in good professional standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D., required
• Inpatient/Acute Care experience required
• Strong Acute Care Experience & Epic experience required
• Successfully completed NAPLEX required
• BLS
• Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred

Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred. Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management. Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
