Job Opportunities

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel -  Certified  Surgical Assistant OR 

Shift: Days / 7a-7p (12x3) 36 hours per week

Length: 13 weeks

Call rotation on average 2 call shifts per week (includes weekday night and weekend primary and backup)

Requirements:

• Must be registered
• 2 years experience in Hospital setting required
• Must also have passed a First Assistant program
• They must have a certificate/degree in surgical assisting from an accredited school
• The certification for this is usually from the NBSTA, National Board of Surgical Technologists and Surgical Assistants, which comes when they sit for and pass their exam
• Robotic experience
• Ortho experience
• BLS
• Neurosurgical experience preferred
