Daily Expectations:

Crews are expected to show up to the shop and load up vehicles for each day's jobs. They will leave, with their crew, in a company vehicle at the specified time per the schedule; which is sent out the night before. When arriving at the job site, the crew will be directed by their lead as to what their responsibilities for that job are. Each member of the crew is expected to listen to the lead and preform the demolition as cleanly and efficiently as possible. In a nutshell, you will be expected to remove building materials, clean the area, set equipment, load the debris and throw the debris away back at the shop.

Pay is dependent on experience. The position is entry level with the possibility of quickly growing and progressing within the company. Pay changes for each position. There is a 90 day probationary period to make sure the job is a good fit for the company and employee. The schedule can be flexible for part time and full time, weekend employees make more than weekday employees. The company is rapidly growing and looking for the right people to bring on to the team to help take us to the next level!
