Epic Refrigeration is Hiring an Office Manager Near Fraser, MI

Overview:

Epic Refrigeration currently has an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Office Manager to lead office and HR operations at a growing company in Fraser, Michigan. Are you a entrepreneurial minded self-starter? Then this Office Manager position may be a perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

· Overseeing the office including the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards

· Make strategic decisions in collaboration with the owner, on behalf of the company

· Performing administrative functions; including answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff, organizing team meetings and events, bookkeeping, etc.

· Maintaining office facility; including managing lease agreement, manage office moves as applicable, monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required, ensuring office safety and cleanliness standards are met, etc.

· Performing general human resource functions; including maintenance of the employee handbook, managing payroll and benefits, retaining employee files, create and maintain company policies, etc.

· Reporting office progress to owner and working to improve office operations and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
· Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Office Administration

· Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

· Experience working in a skilled trades environment, preferred

· College education, preferred

· Strong administrative and organizational skills

· Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

· Ability to perform various clerical tasks efficiently

· Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
