Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Laborer to join our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting, carpentry, and general labor duties. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our projects.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes

- Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying equipment

- Maintain and renovate existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components

- Apply plaster or other materials to walls and ceilings to create smooth surfaces

- Restore old or damaged surfaces by sanding, patching, and applying new finishes

Skills:

- Proficient in understand project specifications

- Strong trim carpentry skills for precise installation of moldings and casings

- Ability to maintain and renovate existing structures with attention to detail

- Skillful in plaster application for smooth surfaces
