We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Check guests in and out using our reservation system
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills

Experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred

• Proficiency in using computer systems for medical scheduling
• Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities -

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
