Service Writer

Job Description:

The Service Writer is responsible for providing support to the Service Department by assisting the Service Manager with all responsibilities.
The Service Writer will be responsible for communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, be organized, and keep pace with a busy service department.

The ability to interact with customers and confidence to sell is a plus for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving phone calls, submitting warranties, scheduling customers, scheduling technicians, working with customers to make sure their needs are met. You must not be afraid of computers and willing to learn how to utilize the Point-of-Sale system so you can efficiently submit warranties and check customers out.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $52,000.00 per year
