Provide Direct Patient care to a diversified population. Update documentation with training/assistance from other staff.

Initial interview can be remote, final interview at our office in Sacramento as we have additional forms to fill out.

The pay is on a Per Diem (Per visit) basis and each visit will consist of drive time and approximately 20-30 minutes of assistance.

Home health requires a certified home health aide (CHHA) certificate, I'm sorry but CNA's do not qualify, the certificate and CHHA license are required.

Because this is a Home Health job we require additional documentation such as Drivers License, SSN card, TB test, Physical Exam, Auto Insurance, CPR/BLS card, Immunization record, Covid-19 Vaccination card.
