Position: Central Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and expenditures.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts for supplies and equipment.
• Monitor supply usage and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify supply needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
• Implement and enforce infection control protocols related to central supply storage and handling.
• Train and supervise central supply staff members as needed.
