Oak Hill Manor located in Louiseville, Ohio is seeking an experienced Marketing/Admissions Director to develop census and quality mix, manage the admissions process for prospective and incoming residents, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

You'll be pivotal in promoting our community rehabilitation and long-term care services, with a primary focus on achieving census goals. Your responsibilities will include obtaining referrals from diverse sources, ensuring their alignment with admissions criteria, conducting tours, providing information about our community, and guiding clients through the sales process. Collaboration with all team members will be essential to facilitate smooth transitions for new residents. Responsibilities:

• Create marketing strategies tailored to promote Oak Hill's nursing home services.
• Conducting market research to understand potential residents' and their families' needs and preferences.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and impact.
• Cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral sources to enhance Oak Hill's reputation and visibility.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and trends to ensure Oak Hill maintains compliance and remains competitive in the healthcare market.
• Develop census and quality mix strategies to promote Oak Hill Manor's community rehabilitation and long-term care services.
• Manage the admissions process for prospective and incoming residents, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Reach out and respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources.
• Serve as the initial liaison with residents and families for facility services.
• Work closely with the administrative team to verify insurance and obtain authorizations for admissions of referrals.
• Meet with residents and families to obtain necessary information for admission, conduct tours, and determine eligibility.
• Assist in developing presentations and events aimed at community education and awareness on facility specialty programs and services.
• Collaborate with all team members to facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.
