Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive growth, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in shaping the marketing strategies of multiple businesses within our organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of each business line within our MSO.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including on-site, global/offshore, and contracted individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Multi-Industry Expertise: leverage your deep understanding of marketing concepts across various industries, including print, digital, behavioral science, growth hacking, guerrilla marketing, and more, to tailor strategies to specific business needs.
• Results-Oriented: Implement data-driven marketing initiatives and monitor key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and achieve measurable results.
• Global Coordination: Oversee marketing activities across multiple locations and time zones, ensuring a cohesive global marketing strategy while respecting local nuances.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Operations to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets for each business line, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
• Brand Development: Maintain and enhance brand identity across all businesses, ensuring consistency and excellence in branding and messaging.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and standards.

Position Type: Full-Time, On-site

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, including managing teams and diverse marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience in managing marketing for businesses across different industries and lines of business.

• In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts, including print, digital, behavioral science, growth hacking, and guerrilla marketing.

• Track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to be 100% on-site and engage actively in our MSO.
