ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Epic Gardening, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various aspects of our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing procurement processes, coordinating with expeditors sea freight, and Fedex, and collaborating with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can navigate complex supply chain challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

This role will be based our of warehouse in Broomfield, CO. This role will require you to be onsite at least 3 days per week with the option for hybrid and flex work pending business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands and minimize excess stock or stockouts. Analyze historical data, sales forecasts, and market trends to make informed inventory decisions.
• Procurement Optimization: Collaborate with the procurement team to source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and terms. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with the production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers. Address any potential delays and proactively communicate with stakeholders about order status.
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee transportation and distribution activities to optimize delivery routes and reduce lead times. Resolve any issues related to transportation, customs, or other logistics challenges.
• Data Analysis: Utilize various supply chain management tools and software to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics and reports.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Conduct regular supplier evaluations to ensure compliance with service level agreements and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2 years in supply chain management
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated experience in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
