Store Manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about running a store, and can effectively manage our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, have a high level of product knowledge, have the ability to demonstrate excellent salesmanship and will work well with our senior management team. This position entails managing all aspects of our store including staff relations, inventory control and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new bicycle sales and service.
• Manage a store.
• Conduct inventory checks and product displays.
• Train staff and delegate tasks to retain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
• Have a general understanding of all aspects of retail operations, such as merchandise, design, and promotions.
