Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Pool Attendant to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests at the pool. This is a customer service-oriented role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests to the pool area
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety
- Enforce pool rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Assist with event management, including setting up and organizing poolside events
- Handle cash transactions for pool admissions, rentals, and food services
- Perform basic food service duties, such as taking orders and serving snacks and beverages
- Maintain inventory of pool supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with lifeguards to ensure a safe environment for all guests

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, or guest services is preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle any issues or disputes that may arise
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Lifeguard certification is an advantage but not required
- Hospitality experience is beneficial
- Cash handling experience is preferred
