POSITION OVERVIEW: Processing radios and satellite devices for repair

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Daily support in a warehouse setting to the Communications team, handling the day-to-day in-house actions

  Fulfill daily orders for devices and related accessories, basic level of provisioning/troubleshooting devices before handing off to Logistics

  Perform quality control checks on decommissioned equipment for potential future use

  Carry out system asset audits of all tracked communications devices under the guidance of the Global Inventory Supervisor

  Provide daily in-house support to the Communications Technicians

  Keeping workspace organized and in function

  Maintain consumables min/max levels and repair tools 

  Processing radios and satellite devices for repair

  Minor trouble shooting radios for inbound and outbound

  Maintain hardware catalogue

  Interest in repair or taking apart computers and radios
