POSITION OVERVIEW: Processing radios and satellite devices for repair.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Daily support in a warehouse setting to the Communications team, handling the day-to-day in-house actions.

  • Fulfill daily orders for devices and related accessories, basic level of provisioning/troubleshooting devices before handing off to Logistics.
  • Perform quality control checks on decommissioned equipment for potential future use.
  • Carry out system asset audits of all tracked communications devices under the guidance of the Global Inventory Supervisor
  • Provide daily in-house support to the Communications Technicians
  • Keeping workspace organized and in function.
  • Maintain consumables min/max levels and repair tools.
  • Processing radios and satellite devices for repair
  • Minor trouble shooting radios for inbound and outbound.
  • Maintain hardware catalogue.
  • Interest in repair or taking apart computers and radios.
