WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Supervise and complete materials and equipment requests including replacement and shipment of Toner to field locations;
- 1st & 2nd line GST/Printer Troubleshooting, whilst thinking on your feet
- Provide superior levels of customer service to our client
- Proactively manage Inventory levels within GST remit;
- Work with data entry system to ensure traceability and accuracy;
- Restock of IT cabinets;
- Monitor, update and maintain ticket queues on a regular basis;
- Coordinate and schedule Printer Vendor to visit Client premises for issue resolution;
- Receiving new consumables (inbound stock);
- Participate in daily/weekly/monthly cycle counting as directed by Site Lead;
- Coordinate shipping to NORAM & Global locations;
- Any other projects assigned by management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience working in IT Support or Printer Support environment
- Prior experience in maintaining and repair of office equipment preferred (Canon, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Ricoh, Sharp, and Xerox experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Basic Networking Skills preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with inventory management tools preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective Time management skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team oriented
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills
