• 5-10 years' experience within security, business manufacturing, auditing & assessment. 
• Strong collaborator with proven ability to build successful cross functional relationships across all levels of the organization
• Very strong emotional intelligence capabilities being able to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically and control/express emotions when required
• Flexibility to change established processes
• Ability to respond to ambiguous situations and have the knowledge to constantly prioritize the most important work
• Experience with building and maintaining relationships with external business partners/vendors
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills
• Able to infuse innovation and creativity
• Demonstrates courage with difficult issues despite personal risk or discomfort
• Demonstrated analytic, strategic and critical thinking skills that drive results
• Able to write clearly and succinctly in technical and non-technical formats
• Ability to make connections between company’s resources (e.g., share points, documents, XFN processes) and the Product Security objectives
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction, documenting and providing a strong point of view regarding solutions
• Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel (including internationally) up to 50% with little notice to accomplish assignments and responsibilities
• The majority of travel will be going to various client sites (locally) along with visiting NORAM facility sites.
